The Service Provider may provide User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information to third parties:

- when the Service Provider reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to safeguard its rights, protect your safety or the safety of another person, investigate suspected fraudulent activity, or comply with a governmental request;

Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent the Application from continuing to collect information from your device by removing Cosmic Kick Heroes through the standard uninstall function provided by your mobile device. Uninstalling the Application prevents future collection through the Application, but does not by itself remove information that was previously sent to the Service Provider or third-party providers.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the applicable purpose and retention requirements:

Children
Cosmic Kick Heroes is not designed for children younger than 13, or for any higher minimum age that may apply under local law. The Service Provider does not knowingly seek personal information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.
If applicable law requires parental or guardian approval for use of the Application, children are not intended to use the Application without the required consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in a manner that violates applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has submitted personal information contrary to applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information from its systems without undue delay. Your Consent
